We're taking part in the Wacky Rally to raise money for the Royal Marsden Hospital Cancer Care, link to be added later. It's a charity close to our hearts as Mark had treatment there last year.
We've finally got our jalopy!! Bought her on eBay for the maximum spend of £250 - This CatAstraphy will soon be wackyeed to within an inch of its life and then forced to go up and down every mountain available.

24th August
About 3 weeks to go untill we go, we collected our replacement car as Sarah didnt want to leave the convertable at a breakers yard in spain. The new car is a 1.4 Astra LSi very low milage and in pretty good nick it needs a set of tyres and a battery and wackying, ive made a start today given it a big roof spoiler to help with the road holding and a rocket sticking out of the back to get to the immense speed she requires. I have got to fit the horns and get the paint brush outand she be worthy of a wacky rally.
31st August
So 10 days till the off. The big bad Bull is all painted, V8 placed under the bonnet, I wish, Just got to get the tyres and a back exhaust box as this one fell apart and a few inside bits and shes ready to roll.
4th September
got the insurance done today, Taxed the car today got 4 tyres fitted and balanced, just need to get exhaust done and sort out the horn and Sarahs going to deccorate the inside.
